Indotronix is seeking an :Quality Inspector / Product Acceptance B 
Location:San Antonio, TX
Shift: 4x10 (A shift: Sun-Wed, B shift: Wed-Sat)
must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift

Start Time:5:00 AM
End Time:    11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect aircraft electrical systems, wiring, components, and installations for compliance with engineering and quality standards.

  • Perform product and process inspections throughout all phases of maintenance, repair, and manufacturing operations.

  • Implement and support quality assurance and safety programs.

  • Identify, document, and communicate inspection deficiencies and corrective actions.

  • Maintain quality assurance documentation and inspection records.

  • Ensure services and work activities meet contractual and operational requirements.

  • Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to verify compliance.

  • Support inspections in aerospace manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environments.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • 5+ years of Aerospace Quality Inspection experience.

  • 5+ years of experience performing product or process inspections.

  • 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints.

  • 3+ years of experience inspecting or working with aircraft electrical systems, wiring, electrical components, or related installations.

  • Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, overtime, and rotating schedules as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience inspecting aircraft electrical systems, avionics, wiring, and integrated electrical components.

  • Experience supporting large aircraft MRO inspections.

  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing, quality assurance, or other regulated industries.

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate or qualifications to obtain an FAA Repairman Certificate.

  • Experience with Boeing 7-Series and/or military aircraft.

  • Experience supporting Executive Fleet aircraft.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and work on elevated platforms.

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and assist with team lifts over 50 lbs.

  • Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception testing.

  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching overhead, balancing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, and working in various positions.

  • Ability to work with hazardous materials and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Frequent exposure to noise and industrial work environments.

Education / Experience

High School Diploma/GED with significant aerospace quality inspection and aircraft electrical systems experience.
