Your work ensures that what leaves our facility meets the highest standards.Day to day, you will:Inspect manufactured and incoming materials for accuracy and completenessPerform first article inspections on in-house and received partsIdentify, investigate, and help resolve nonconforming materialsParticipate as a member of the Material Review BoardSupport corrective action investigations for internal and field complaintsCalibrate, manage, and safeguard inspection tools, gauges, and fixturesCoordinate outside calibration services for larger equipmentAudit processes and equipment to ensure ongoing complianceOperate a forklift as neededKeep things moving with additional support tasks as assignedMaintain prompt, reliable attendance (your team counts on you!)What You Bring to the TableWe're looking for someone who blends technical skill with curiosity and accountability.You'll need:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and interpret engineering prints (ANSI Y14.5M)Experience with hand inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Comfort working with Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM)Strong attention to detail and a self-starting mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-moving environmentClear communication skills (written and verbal in English)Experience using Windows-based computer systemsFamiliarity with systems like Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory tools is a plusBonus mindset traits:You naturally ask "why did this happen?"You enjoy improving systems, not just following themYou can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus on accuracyYou're calm under pressure and steady when things get busyThe Kind of Work Environment You'll Step IntoThis is a role for someone who likes being active, engaged, and hands-on.
