F.H. Furr is hiring a Residential HVAC Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure every system we install or service meets our high standards of safety, performance, and craftsmanship.

This is a nonsales role designed for experienced HVAC professionals who want steady, yearround work without the pressure of upsells or commission goals. If you enjoy diagnosing issues, finetuning systems, mentoring through quality feedback, and taking pride in doing things the right way, this could be a great fit.
