Job Description
  • Looking for 10+ Year’s QA experienced candidate.
  • Lead QA automation strategy, framework design, and test execution across enterprise applications using Selenium, Java, Python, API automation, and CI/CD tools.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks supporting web, API, microservices, and integration testing.
  • Provide strong domain expertise in Life Sciences, Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, and/or Health Insurance business processes and applications.
  • Lead a team of QA engineers, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and establish automation best practices.
  • Integrate automated testing into Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps pipelines and support continuous testing and DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define test strategy, quality metrics, and defect-management processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, automation efficiency, quality engineering practices, and overall release confidence.
