Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL Hybrid

Duration: 6+ Months

Interview process: 2 interviews with Client - 1 virtual technical interview, and 1 coding session

Job Summary

Required skills:

  • Experience, etc.: 5+ years of experience in both manual and automated software testing within structured, compliance-driven environments.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Playwright, along with API testing, defect management, and test planning/execution.
  • Experience supporting Agile teams, utilizing tools like Jira or ServiceNow, and ensuring application quality across multiple releases is required.
  • Candidates with government/public sector experience, accessibility testing (WCAG/Section 508), performance testing, and work in highly regulated environments are strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders are essential.
