Quality Assurance AssociateMake Quality Your Impact

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about producing high-quality work? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate and play an important role in ensuring products meet customer and company standards from production through final inspection.

In this role, you’ll perform inspections, verify documentation, identify potential issues, and work closely with production teams to help deliver reliable, quality products. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with precision, and being part of a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform in-process, receiving, and final product inspections to verify quality requirements are met.
  • Review drawings, documents, and procedures to ensure the correct information is being used.
  • Record, organize, and maintain inspection and testing data accurately.
  • Use computer systems and Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Carefully handle delicate materials and products.
  • Identify defects or non-conforming products and communicate findings with supervisors and operators.
  • Support quality processes while following company procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Work with the team to maintain consistent quality and production standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or quality concerns.
  • Basic understanding of inspection processes.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Basic math skills and ability to learn computer systems.
  • Ability to use a microscope for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or alternate schedules when needed.
Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Using inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Manufacturing quality systems and inspection procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $26.19/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
