Standard Job Description
You will be the Quality Analyst for the Quality Assurance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvement across assembly and system processes.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Analyst you will be responsible for safeguarding product integrity and elevating manufacturing excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Review and analyze quality discrepancies across assembly, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.
- Investigate root causes and develop corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to assign responsibility.
- Generate and maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous-improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with standards.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience applying quality-assurance methodologies, Statistical Process Control, and root-cause analysis to manufacturing or systems-engineered products
  • Proven ability to produce clear technical documentation and deliver concise presentations that translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of working independently to identify issues, develop corrective actions, and drive resolutions without direct supervision

Desired Skills
  • 2 - 4 years of experience performing data-analysis, trend identification, and root-cause investigations
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and associated compliance documentation
  • Experience designing, maintaining, and presenting quality metrics, dashboards, or reports that enable rapid risk identification and decision-making
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills: ability to partner effectively with manufacturing, engineering, vendors, and customers to resolve quality-related issues

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $55580.00 - $103220.00
