Job description

Solidity Consultant

We are seeking a Solidity Consultant with 6–8 years of software development experience and strong expertise in blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and securing smart contracts using Solidity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable decentralized applications (dApps).

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Hardhat, Foundry, and smart contract security tools such as Slither and Mythril, along with strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities Smart Contract Development
  • Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable, and efficient smart contracts using Solidity.
  • Implement blockchain solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Optimize smart contracts for performance, security, and gas efficiency.
Blockchain Development
  • Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain integrations.
  • Develop reusable smart contract components and blockchain libraries.
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain functionality into enterprise applications.
Testing & Security
  • Develop unit, integration, and functional tests for smart contracts using Hardhat and Foundry.
  • Perform security analysis and vulnerability assessments using tools such as Slither and Mythril.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve smart contract issues while ensuring adherence to blockchain security best practices.
Development & Collaboration
  • Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.
  • Prepare technical documentation and implementation guidelines.
  • Work closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality blockchain solutions.
  • Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6–8 years of software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Solidity and smart contract development.
  • Proficiency with Hardhat and Foundry frameworks.
  • Experience using Solidity security testing tools such as:
    • Slither
    • Mythril
  • Strong programming experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience developing, testing, debugging, and deploying smart contracts.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain development principles and secure coding practices.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Ethereum or EVM-compatible blockchain platforms.
  • Knowledge of smart contract auditing and blockchain security best practices.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, or Web3 technologies is a plus.
