Job description

Position Summary

Multi‑Unit Manager is responsible for delivering guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability across multiple Dunkin/Baskin locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop employees.
  • Communicate job expectations and provide coaching, feedback, and discipline when appropriate.
  • Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment, enforcing food safety and sanitation guidelines and complying with all applicable laws.
  • Execute brand standards, systems, and in‑restaurant marketing promotions.
  • Execute new product roll‑outs, including team training, marketing, and sampling.
  • Set sales goals, track results, and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements.
  • Prepare and complete action plans for production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong math and financial management skills.
  • Minimum of 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
  • Proven success in QSR management and multi‑unit experience.
  • Experience with drive‑thru service is essential.
