Job DescriptionWhile working in a safe, effective manner, keeping quality in mind at all times, working in a cooperative team environment to supervise all functions related to manufacturing process. Ensure that all work procedures and practices are consistently upheld to ensure production, quality, and food safety. Considers food safety and consumer safety while preforming work. Participates in GMP and food safety training. Follows GMP policy. Reports all food safety concerns with urgency. Will make decisions regarding quality discipline and training, along with managers and supervisor. Must ensure that quality complaints are tracked accurately, and controls are put in place to prevent future occurrences.

QUALIFICATIONS
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 - $100,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
