Job description

Job Title: QE Architect
Location: Remote (candidates preferred of Atlanta or Miami)
Sub-Con to Fulltime
Job Description :
This role is critical to ensuring functional equivalence, data accuracy, and zero-defect delivery, using an AI-led, evidence-driven QE approach.
You will define and implement a parity-first testing strategy, ensuring that the modernized system behaves exactly like the legacy platform across code, data, batch processing, integrations, and business rules.
Required Skills
Core QE & Architecture Skills
Strong experience in Quality Engineering strategy and test architecture
Expertise in functional equivalence validation in modernization programs
Experience in large-scale enterprise testing programs
Testing & Automation
Test automation frameworks (API, UI, batch, data validation)
CI/CD testing (Azure DevOps, pipelines)
Performance, security, and integration testing
Data & Migration Testing
Data reconciliation, ETL validation
Batch processing validation
Experience with data quality checks and anomaly detection
AI & Agile Experience
Experience with AI-assisted testing tools (test generation, anomaly detection)
Understanding of Agentic AI / AI-led QE models
Strong Agile experience (Scrum / SAFe / iterative delivery)
