Job description

Employee will be expected to: Provide nurse practitioner services on-site to inmates at QCHC's facilities. Give appropriate medical orders to direct medical and nursing care provided by QCHC nursing staff at sites. Document all clinical encounters in the medical record Participate in the quality assurance, risk management, and staff education activities Coordinate and communicate with jail administration as necessary Participate in meetings with jail administration, Sheriffs, and/or other county officials as needed; work with off-site healthcare providers as necessary.
