Supply Chain Analyst - Frisco, TX
What You'll Do:
The Supply Chain Analyst collects data, creates reports, and analyzes data to meet various internal & external reporting requirements, to enable other resources to have data/analysis they need to execute their roles with excellence, and to make improvements within the supply chain.
In This Role, You'll: Deliver the reporting and analysis QCD uses to run its distribution network, working across our ERP, data warehouse, and our systems to perform the following activities:
  • Generate reports to meet routine external reporting requirements for customers, other leaders within the supply chain, & operations.
  • Pull & analyze data to enable visibility & understanding of distribution center operating performance & cost drivers.
  • Partner with stakeholders on standard data reporting requirements.
  • Establish & execute various trackers & scorecards to help operations resources navigate ongoing performance changes, helping to provide visibility to service & cost risks. Identify trends & process improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement methods to gather and manage data.
  • Review and analyze gathered data to locate potential improvement / cost reduction opportunities in distribution, transportation, & warehouse processes. Partner with appropriate resources to realize the improvements.
  • Support operations initiatives - service improvement, cost reduction, labor planning, customer service, etc.
  • Support the measurement & tracking of key operating metrics.
  • Support routine data maintenance processes & partner with IT to ensure accurate, timely data loads into the reporting environment, including onboarding any new / updated data sources as appropriate.
  • Partner with Operations & Transportation leaders to build & maintain recurring reporting, including managing & analyzing operating data, submitting reports to customers, & identifying opportunities to improve performance towards the objectives of the business.
  • Support the distribution centers as appropriate to ensure smooth execution of routine operations reporting activities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education/Certification: Bachelor or associate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience data management, analysis, & reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of (B/basic; J/journey; E/expert):
  • Standard data systems, databases, & reporting mechanisms (Excel, ERP systems, customer portals, etc) (J)
  • Power BI report development & data modeling (J)
  • SQL & relational data concepts (J)
  • JD Edwards (JDE) or comparable ERP data structures & extraction (B)
  • AWS Redshift or comparable cloud data warehouse (B)
  • High-level understanding of distribution, transportation, & warehouse operations (B)
  • Previous experience with distribution or transportation operations preferred (B)

Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay Range (Base Pay): $72k+ DOE
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
  • Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
