Port Washington, WI

Kleen Test Products (KTP), a leading contract manufacturer of household and personal care products, is hiring QC Line Technicians to support our growing operations. If you're detail-oriented, hands-on, and looking for a stable career with real growth opportunities-this role is for you. Interview Requirement: Candidates must be available for an in-person, on-site interview.

Shift Available 

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do 

- Perform in-process quality checks (weights, measurements, visual inspections) 

- Accurately document and report inspection results 

- Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams 

- Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards 

- Operate testing equipment (pH meters, balances, vacuum testers) 

- Maintain proper labeling and traceability on the production line

- Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred (not required-we'll train!)

What We're Looking For

  • Previous QC or manufacturing experience - at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred
  • Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues
  • Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects
  • Communication Skills: Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system
  • Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
