Quality Control (QC) Associate
North Dallas, TX
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Associate to join our team in North Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections according to quality standards.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify defects, non-conforming materials, and report findings to supervisors.
  • Assist with investigations of quality issues and support corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work closely with production personnel to ensure product quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Quality Control or manufacturing experience preferred.
