What You'll Do
Ensure Lighting Equipment is Show-Ready
- Inspect lighting fixtures, control systems, and accessories to verify operational readiness and quality standards.
- Prepare equipment for outbound show orders, confirming cleanliness, accuracy, firmware status, and physical condition.
Validate Equipment Performance
- Test lighting systems using control consoles and accessories under simulated event conditions.
- Identify equipment issues and coordinate repair or replacement through internal teams.
Maintain Inventory Accuracy
- Support equipment returns and reshelving processes following events.
- Document equipment concerns and maintain quality control records.
Support Operational Excellence
- Maintain organized prep and storage areas to support efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with Video, LED, and Audio teams during show builds and busy preparation periods.
- Follow quality control procedures and standard operating processes consistently.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in live production, entertainment technology, or equipment handling.
- Working knowledge of lighting systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
