Maleko Personnel Inc Is currently hiring for a Quality Control position for a Production company in the Phoenix, AZ area.


MUST BE BILINGUAL !


1st Shift

Monday - Friday

$18.00/Hr



JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Specialist is responsible for helping ensure all products meet consistent company
standards by performing various quality control tests, inspections, reports, training, and documents findings and any
issues.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally as needed to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained and to complete
    tasks and projects.
  • Perform Avid inspections and documents accordingly.
  • Distribute procedure training material when changes are made and document training as per company policies and procedures.
  • Perform bid checks and ensure all locations/items are clearly labeled.
  • Review quality issues with the team and escalate/report serious issues to leadership as per company policies.
  • Perform quality training during onboarding and document accordingly.
  • Coordinate and lead quality network projects in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Assist with verifying shipment counts and serial numbers.
  • Perform incoming inspections including, but not limited to, in/out checklists.
  • Coordinate inbound & outbound shipments.
  • Maintain and distribute training information on parts and technical issues to dealers and/or customers.
  • Lead, motivate, monitor, and coach assigned team members.
  • Maintain OSHA Safety guidelines and other regulatory State and Federal standards.
  • Follow company safety policies and participate in Safety Training as required.
  • Communicate and/or send documents, diagrams, and specifications to internal and external customers.
  • Plan, update, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently performs above standards.
  • Analyze processes, procedures, and/or systems used by the technical service team and identify and recommend paths to improvement.
  • Identify and implement effective solutions that will continuously enhance the services to ensure maximum customer experience on all levels.
  • Oversee and make recommendations for technical service team growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate a professional and collaborative team environment.
  • Provides technical and administrative support and guidance to direct and indirect reports.
  • Oversees data collection, analysis, and other research for quality projects.
  • Assist with interviews and guide team members as per company policies and procedures, in
    a Timely manner with applicable documentation.
  • Stay abreast with product and industry trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Quality experience is necessary.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiencies with MS Office applications are necessary (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills and must be able to collaborate with professional and friendly mannerisms.
  • Ability to consistently and effectively present information and respond on time to high email/message
    volume, and questions or inquiries from other employees, managers, vendors, and the public if needed.
  • Must have the ability to comprehend team member behaviors and can professionally and respectfully address challenges when they arise.
  • Ability to successfully meet deadlines and prioritize workload for self and teams.
  • Solid organizational and excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be dependable with an excellent attendance record.
  • Must speak, read, and write English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.



Educational Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required
