A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Develop and implement project-specific quality management plans for data center construction
  • Establish inspection and testing procedures aligned with contract documents and owner standards
  • Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance
  • Coordinate with project teams to track, document, and close quality issues
  • Review submittals and installation methods for compliance with quality requirements
  • Lead quality audits across trades, with emphasis on MEP and mission-critical systems
  • Maintain detailed quality documentation and reporting
  • Train project teams and subcontractors on quality expectations
  • Act as the project authority on quality-related matters
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for mission-critical construction
  • Direct experience on data center or highly technical projects
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, especially MEP systems
  • Experience developing and enforcing quality management plans
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
  • Willingness to travel or be site-based as required
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
