¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
  • Diseñarás la estrategia de pruebas, definiendo planes, escenarios y criterios de validación para garantizar entregas impecables.
  • Crearás y gestionarás casos de prueba bajo metodologías ATDD o BDD, manteniendo una trazabilidad clara y eficiente.
  • Llevarás a cabo pruebas funcionales y no funcionales (performance, estrés, carga…) utilizando herramientas como JMeter, Postman o SOAP UI.
  • Realizarás API Testing y validación de servicios web SOAP/REST.
  • Colaborarás estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo y clientes para detectar, reportar y hacer seguimiento de incidencias (JIRA).
  • Participarás en la planificación del proyecto, detectando riesgos y proponiendo mejoras continuas.
  • Elaborarás informes claros de KPIs y resultados de calidad.
  • Formarás parte de un entorno internacional, participando en actividades de integración y aceptación en cliente (incluye viajes puntuales).
  • Contribuirás en estrategias de integración y en pruebas end-to-end a escala global.
Lo que te hará triunfar
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en un rol similar.
  • Dominio de pruebas funcionales, no funcionales, rendimiento, estrés y carga.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión de bugs como JIRA.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Linux/Unix y Windows.
  • Sólida experiencia en pruebas de servicios web y herramientas como SOAP UI, Postman y JMeter.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado, ideal para entornos internacionales.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y participando en la planificación de proyectos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para generar informes claros.
  • Orientación al cliente, adaptabilidad y mentalidad proactiva.
  • Certificación ISTQB o similar.

  • Conocimientos en tecnologías web y servidores de aplicaciones (HTTP, HTML/XML, JBoss/Wildfly, WebSphere, GlassFish…).
