Qa Software Testing Jobs in Lansing, MI (NOW HIRING)

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support software testing and application quality initiatives. This individual will work closely with development and business teams to identify defects, validate functionality, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Experience working in enterprise application or web-based environments.
• Knowledge of test automation concepts and best practices.
• Ability to analyze system metrics and identify performance issues.
• 1-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related technical role.
• Experience with manual testing methodologies and defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with performance testing, system monitoring, or application support activities.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database queries.
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, PowerShell, or comparable solutions is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in enterprise application or web-based environments.
• Knowledge of test automation concepts and best practices.
• Ability to analyze system metrics and identify performance issues.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lansing, MI.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $52.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
