Job description

Rinvio is hiring an MEP QA/QC Manager - Low Voltage to oversee low-voltage quality, system integration, testing readiness, and turnover for mission-critical construction projects in the Boise, ID area.


Pay: $210,000-$250,000/year, based on experience

Location: Boise, ID

Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Oversee installation quality for low-voltage systems including BMS, fire alarm, structured cabling, and related systems

- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, commissioning, and project teams for system integration

- Ensure compliance with TIA/EIA, NFPA, drawings, project specifications, and quality standards

- Support testing, commissioning, system validation, turnover readiness, and punch-list closeout

- Verify installation quality, documentation completeness, and readiness for project milestones

- Communicate field issues clearly and help drive corrective actions before turnover


Requirements:

- Low-voltage, MEP QA/QC, electrical, technology systems, commissioning, or mission-critical construction experience

- Experience with BMS, fire alarm, structured cabling, controls, or low-voltage system installations preferred

- Working knowledge of TIA/EIA, NFPA, project specs, drawings, quality standards, or commissioning requirements

- Ability to coordinate with electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, field, and commissioning teams

- Strong inspection, documentation, punch-list, and corrective-action follow-through skills
