Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage site quality assurance programs for industrial construction projects.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems, quality plans, procedures, and inspection programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable construction codes, industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mentor site quality personnel while coordinating activities across contractors, engineering, and project leadership.
  • Oversee inspections, testing, Non-Destructive Examination (NDE), and quality verification activities throughout project execution.
  • Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor contractor quality performance and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances.
  • Support quality activities throughout construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and system turnover.
  • Review quality documentation, inspection records, test reports, and turnover packages for completeness and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance, efficiency, and project delivery.
  • Participate in audits, quality reviews, and client inspections.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of quality assurance experience in industrial construction projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading quality teams or managing site quality programs.
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with engineering, contractors, and project leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of QA/QC systems, industrial construction codes, standards, inspection processes, testing methodologies, and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) practices.
  • Proven experience investigating quality issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Experience supporting quality throughout construction, commissioning, startup, and system turnover.
  • Strong understanding of industrial construction quality management processes and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, chemical, or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 or similar standards.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or related certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced EPC or industrial construction environments.
