Job Description Quality Assurance Technician Full-Time | On-Site | Temp-to-Hire Looking for a role where quality, food safety, and attention to detail truly matter. We're seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Technician to join a growing food manufacturing operation in St. Louis.

This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems in real time, and helping maintain the high standards that keep production running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Monitor food safety and quality standards throughout the facility Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements Maintain QA programs, documentation, logs, and compliance records Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits Verify quality records, food safety checklists, and documentation accuracy Train and support production employees on food safety and sanitation procedures Identify non-compliance issues and assist with corrective actions Communicate findings and improvement recommendations to leadership Spend time on the production floor observing operations and supporting teams Assist with quality improvement and sanitation initiatives What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or a related production environment preferred Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Ability to work in refrigerated, frozen, hot, and humid production environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Solid computer skills and ability to learn company systems Effective communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Associate's degree or higher in a related science field is a plus Benefits Weekly Pay Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Retirement Savings Options Paid Vacation and Sick Time Employee Wellness Programs Professional Development Opportunities Recognition Programs Long-Term Growth and Advancement Potential Why Consider This Opportunity.
