Job description

As a Quality Assurance Tech at our milk plant, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Your duties will include conducting inspections of raw materials, monitoring production processes, and performing various tests to verify compliance with quality standards. You'll also be tasked with documenting findings, reporting any issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for delivering top-quality milk products to our customers.
Main responsibilities
· Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished milk products.
· Perform regular inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
· Monitor and document equipment calibration and maintenance.
· Collaborate with production teams to address any quality-related issues promptly.
· Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed.
· Record and analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics.
· Help in the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives.
