Job description

Build quality into every shift—join a legacy in motion

In 1955, John Partipilo started Dynamic Manufacturing with a single shop and a bold vision. Today, nearly a million square feet and 1,000+ teammates later, we engineer, machine, assemble, and test powertrain products for the aftermarket and OE customers—torque converters, transmissions (automatic, manual, hybrid), and transfer case assemblies. As our Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager, you are the guardian of our systems and the catalyst for continuous improvement.

Your mission

Imagine we’re launching a refreshed transmission program. • Chair management review meetings and anchor decisions in accurate, up‑to‑date data.
  • Maintain full compliance of the quality and environmental management systems.

  • Own and update controlled documents across QMS and environmental systems.
  • Enhance quality tracking systems and deliver clear performance reporting.
  • Create and refine job instructions so processes run consistently every time.
  • Partner with quality and operations to sustain system effectiveness on the floor.

  • Assess gaging and calibration programs for conformity with requirements.

  • Automotive industry background.
