Position Summary
This position is for a Quality Inspector at our Lancaster, PA facility. The Quality Inspector works closely with Operations and Product Development teams to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections supporting commercial and government programs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming materials and components
  • Perform in-process and final inspections on manufactured products
  • Ensure materials and products meet quality standards in accordance with company policy and ISO9001/AS9100 procedures
  • Identify and segregate nonconforming material and generate nonconformance reports
  • Support Supplier Quality initiatives

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
  • Proficiency with basic inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual preferred due to ITAR responsibilities
  • Experience with ERP systems
