About the Role:

Elite Building Services is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspectors across multiple locations in the state of Pennsylvania. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in upholding the high standards our clients expect. You’ll visit assigned locations, evaluate cleaning services, and ensure every space reflects the quality and excellence Elite Building Services is known for.

  • Harrisburg
  • Mechanicsburg
  • Lancaster

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate service quality and adherence to company standards
  • Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement
  • Document findings using our inspection software with clear, detailed reporting
  • Communicate observations and recommendations to Operations Managers
  • Inspect assigned locations in a timely manner
  • Provide honest and detailed feedback
  • Recommend any necessary adjustments and/or changes to services being provided

Quality Assurance Inspector Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the cleaning/maintenance industry standards
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Must have a smartphone
  • Must be available to visit various locations in the assigned area
  • Must be able to work within standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm)
  • Prior experience working in the cleaning industry is a plus, but not required
  • Must use personal vehicle
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Additional Info Needed:

Compensation: $20 Flat Rate per Location

Schedule: One to three days minimum during standard business hours - Monday-Friday; 8am to 5:00pm.
