Job description

We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience supporting payment systems and payment terminal devices


Experience with Ingenico, Castles Technology, Verifone, PAX, or similar payment terminals is highly preferred.


Required skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in QA, Technical Support, Application Support, or Payment Systems Support.

Hands-on experience with payment terminals such as:

  • Ingenico
  • Castles Technology
  • Verifone
  • PAX (preferred)

Strong understanding of payment transaction processing and payment workflows.

Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues.

Ability to analyze system logs, trace files, and debug transaction issues.

Experience working with Terminal Management Systems (TMS) or remote terminal management platforms.

Knowledge of payment terminal provisioning, operating system installation, and application loading.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
