Regular communication helps ensure that quality standards are met and bugs are addressed promptly, resulting in a more efficient release process and higher-quality products. This collaborative environment also provides QA Engineers with opportunities to expand their technical knowledge and grow within the team.

Your duties include designing various tests, scenarios, and scripts to assess whether or not a piece of software is ready for release. You also track and document your findings using a bug tracking system and participate in design review meetings to provide reports on your results.
