Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead SDET/QA Engineer with strong leadership and testing expertise in Salesforce to lead a team of QA and SDET professionals. This role involves defining and ensuring the execution of comprehensive testing practices across domain, integration, and end-to-end/system levels. The ideal candidate will take ownership of testing strategy and documentation, ensuring traceability and coverage within qTest and related platforms.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA/SDETengineers in delivering high-quality software across Salesforce platforms.
  • Define and drive the creation of TestStrategy, Test Plans, and execution processes aligned withbusiness goals.
  • Ensure all internaltesting-domain-level, integration, and full E2E/system testing-is well-documented,executed, and signed off.
  • Maintain and track test artifactsand results within qTest.
  • Collaborate closely with ProductOwners, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps to ensure alignment andreadiness of test activities.
  • Guide the team in developing andmaintaining automated test suites, while also overseeing manual testingefforts where necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of QA/SDET experience with strong hands-on testingexpertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketingcloud).
  • Proven leadership experiencemanaging QA and/or SDET teams.
  • Experience in both manual and automation testing across UI, API, and system layers.
  • Strong understanding of testlifecycle management tools like qTest.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD practices

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with test automationtools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of REST/SOAPAPIs and test automation around integrations.
