What You'll Do
  • Inspect components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform testing and quality checks using various measuring and inspection tools.
  • Identify defects and quality concerns and communicate findings to production and leadership teams.
  • Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Quality inspection or quality assurance experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic computer skills.
