What You'll Do

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR call flows, routing profiles, and queues.
  • Validate AWS Lambda functions integrated into Connect contact flows (e.g., data lookups, dynamic routing logic, third-party API calls).
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across call center platform releases and configuration changes.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with the development team.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating with business and contact center stakeholders to validate new or updated contact flows.
  • Monitor and validate call handling, routing accuracy, and system behavior post-deployment.
Who You Are

Required

  • 3–5 years of relevant QA/testing experience.
  • QA/testing background on AWS Connect or other call center platforms.
  • Familiarity with AWS Lambda.
  • Able to work Central time hours, even while remote.

Preferred

  • AWS certification(s).
  • Call center domain experience.
  • Healthcare payer background.
