Job description

Sales Associate

Join our team as Sales Associate where you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers, sales team, production, purchasing, quality assurance, and shipping departments.  This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the Sales Team with customer correspondence and providing day-to-day administrative assistance/

* Assist the Sales Team with other miscellaneous administrative support.

* Oversea and Maintain perpetual finished goods inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.

* Coordinate monthly/weeks shipping goals and customer deadlines.

* Coordinate with purchasing and QA before and after production to ensure smooth opperations.

* Coordinate PO's readiness for both internal production and customer requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is positive, organized, and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts on track.  Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are essential to success in this role.
