Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q has been serving up our famous smoked meats and signature sides to folks in the Southwest USA since 1989. Our pits are 100% wood fired with oak, a slower burning wood as opposed to mesquite. At Rudy’s, you can order as much or as little as you want, satisfying the individual or the largest group. The friendly atmosphere and delicious food makes Rudy's one of the best places to get yourself some Real Texas Bar-B-Q.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
  • Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
  • Arrive for your shift on time.

  • Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
