Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior LLM Applied Scientist, located at our San Jose, CA office. The role involves conducting advanced research to develop state-of-the-art machine learning models, specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs). Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing novel algorithms, developing solutions for complex problems in NLP and AI, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and publishing findings in top-tier research conferences. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives within the company. The LLM Scientist must have experience with text-to-code


Qualifications
