Each FDE will own a workflow end to end โ€” working directly with business users in a forward-deployed model, iterating rapidly on real production data.
โ€ข             Model ontology objects and build the data transforms that feed them
โ€ข             Define and implement write-back Actions into enterprise systems of record (ERP, planning, and internal platforms)
โ€ข             Build Workshop and related applications that end users operate day to day
โ€ข             Build and tune AIP agents where the workflow calls for it
โ€ข             Prepare production-grade change control
โ€ข             Partner with the existing operations team to stand up monitoring, alerting, and SRE practices for deployed workflows, aligned to our internal engineering and observability standards
