Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in scalable, UX-driven applications, distributed systems, data platforms, and modern cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of strong software engineering experience and deep expertise in REST APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, distributed data processing, and modern data engineering ecosystems. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, Angular, PySpark, Apache Spark, AWS, event-driven technologies, databases, IaC, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, along with exposure to Generative AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI systems.
Required Qualifications
• B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of strong software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in building scalable UX-driven applications and distributed systems architecture.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable REST APIs, microservices, Kubernetes-based solutions, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Delta Lake architecture, and modern big data ecosystem designs.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, and Angular.
• Strong understanding and application of object-oriented design patterns and functional programming.
• Expertise in PySpark and Apache Spark, with proven experience building high-performance distributed data processing solutions.
• Strong experience developing microservices using Kubernetes containerization for eventing and serving.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and EventBridge.
• Strong experience with messaging and event-driven technologies such as Kafka, SNS, and SQS.
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Aurora, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices using Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Bitbucket, GoCD, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience implementing unit, integration, and regression testing strategies.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical problems.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications
• Working knowledge of PySpark with Databricks.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building data platforms in privacy-safe environments.
