Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Java & Python Developer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud technologies. This role involves developing high-performance backend applications, collaborating directly with client stakeholders, and delivering robust cloud-native solutions in an Agile environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to work independently while contributing to the success of enterprise software initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Python.
  • Build high-performance backend services and cloud-native applications using Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
  • Develop secure, reusable, and efficient RESTful APIs for enterprise integrations.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
  • Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.

Backend Development
  • Develop and optimize enterprise-grade backend systems capable of handling high transaction volumes.
  • Design modular microservices with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Implement business logic, data processing, and application integrations using Java and Python.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance issues.

Database Development
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Utilize Git for source code management and version control.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless application deployment and monitoring.

Client Collaboration
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, and requirement analysis sessions.
  • Provide regular project updates and technical recommendations.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery.

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
