About the Role

Fincons US is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support enterprise application and digital transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid position based in Nashville, TN, with some onsite requirements in the Nashville area. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining modern web applications using Python, React, Redux, and AWS while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience leading offshore development teams and coordinating technical delivery across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python, React, and Redux.
  • Develop robust backend services, APIs, and application logic using Python.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React and Redux.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications and services using AWS.
  • Lead and coordinate offshore development teams, providing technical direction, guidance, and oversight.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, establish development best practices, and help ensure technical quality across distributed teams.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support production environments.
  • Participate in testing, deployments, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development.

  • Redux experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
