Job Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY - The IT Student Intern will assist the IT team in maintaining and supporting computer systems, networks, and software applications. They will help troubleshoot technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to IT projects. This role provides hands-on experience with hardware, software, cybersecurity, and system administration, fostering foundational skills in information technology and supporting the organization's technology needs.

REQUIREMENT:

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Basic understanding ofcomputer hardware, software, and operating systems(Windows, Linux, etc.).

Familiarity withnetworking concepts(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Knowledge ofcybersecurity fundamentals.

Proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suite.

Exposure toprogramming languages(e.g., Python, Java, or scripting) is a plus. Prior internship or project experience in IT. Familiarity withhelpdesk supportorsystem administrationtasks.
