Job description

We’re looking for a data-driven problem solver who can improve how inventory and production data flows through our ERP system. This role is part analyst, part systems thinker. You’ll work across operations, finance, and IT to clean up data, fix process gaps, and build smarter, more automated ways of managing inventory.

If you like digging into messy data, spotting patterns, and using tools like Power BI, SQL, or Python to make things run better, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze inventory and production data to identify discrepancies, trends, and process gaps
  • Maintain and improve ERP data, including item masters, BOMs, and routings
  • Troubleshoot work order and inventory issues, including variance analysis
  • Build reports and dashboards that help teams make better decisions
  • Partner with operations, purchasing, and finance to improve workflows
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using tools like Power Automate, scripts, or ERP features
  • Support ERP upgrades, integrations, and ongoing system improvements
  • Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain high data accuracy

What You Bring

  • 1–3+ years working with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel and at least one of the following: Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
  • Understanding of inventory, production, or supply chain processes
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Python, RPA)
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts like forecasting or anomaly detection
  • APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP)
  • Background in manufacturing or inventory-heavy environments

Work Environment
This role works both at a desk and on the production floor. You’ll spend time reviewing data and validating it in real operations, including warehouse and food production areas. Indoor food processing environment with potential wet floors, humidity, or dust. Exposure to known food allergens. May require standing, bending, or lifting up to 60 lbs. during inventory audits or cycle counts.

Monday - Friday (8-5pm).
