This role is hands-on, working closely with other developers to onboard applications, automate identity lifecycle processes, and build scalable integrations. You will help translate business requirements into secure, efficient identity controls that support least-privilege access and a seamless Joiner-Mover-Leaver experience.
Responsibilities
Identity Platform
  • Design and configure Identity Profiles, Lifecycle States, Source Aggregations, and end-to-end identity flows.
  • Develop and maintain simple and complex JSON transforms for attribute mapping and identity processing.
  • Build Event-Driven Workflows to automate provisioning, notifications, and custom business logic.

Integration & Connectivity
  • Develop and support integrations using SCIM, REST APIs, SailPoint CLI/SDK, and Web Services connectors.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Virtual Appliances (VAs) for secure on-premises connectivity.
  • Lead high-velocity onboarding for SaaS applications (e.g., Azure AD, Salesforce) and custom enterprise systems.

Governance & Compliance
  • Design and execute Access Certifications, SoD policies, and RBAC/ABAC models.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, NIST, and internal audit requirements.

Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with cross-functional developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, as a technical escalation point, for internal and external development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to IAM engineering best practices.

Qualifications
Technical Development
  • Strong proficiency in Java, JSON, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Deep experience consuming and integrating with REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Ability to rapidly automate IAM tasks (provisioning, de-provisioning, certifications, reporting).

Identity Expertise
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and similar IAM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC authentication and authorization protocols.
  • Experience onboarding applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, Oracle EPM/ERP, Salesforce, and CyberArk.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for synchronization issues, connector failures, attribute mapping logic, and workflow errors.

Desired Experience
  • SailPoint Certifications (ISC or IdentityIQ).
  • Nice to have - experience migrating from SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to ISC.
  • Experience with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Why Join Us?
