• We are looking for an individual who would be responsible for the following:
• Collecting and analyzing power test results on Mac platforms
• Identifying and isolating issues using debugging and data analysis skills
• Writing test reports and communicating identified issues
• Designing tests and test plans to assess power impact of new HW/SW features
• Setting up and maintaining Mac systems on testing racks.
• Maintain lab test equipment and infrastructure as requested by the team
• Prioritizing tasks and communicating status regularly to the team
• On-going documentation of test processes for future reference
Must-Have Skills
• BS EE/CS or 3+ years QA test experience
• Knowledge of Mac hardware and/or macOS
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deep dive technically
• Excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to concisely present complex data
• Familiarity in Python or shell scripting to support basic automation scripting
