This role involves defining enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy, implementing scalable test automation frameworks, and establishing testing standards and best practices as per STLC.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy as per STLC standard
  • Implement scalable test automation frameworks
  • Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance as per STLC
  • Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing approaches
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Guide teams on functional, integration, system, and UAT testing
  • Mentor QA leads and test engineers
