Role Overview
CoSourcing Partners' AI Staffing and Digital Talent Enablement practice is expanding, and we are seeking three Lead Forward Deployed Architects to serve as hands-on technical authorities for our enterprise AI and data transformation programs.
These roles combine deep technical expertise in Palantir Foundry, AI/ML, and cloud-based data ecosystems with client-facing leadership to solve complex integration, scalability, and performance challenges. The ideal candidate operates comfortably at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery - ensuring every solution is engineered for performance, governance, and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Palantir Delivery Leadership: Design, configure, and optimize Palantir Foundry pipelines, ontologies, and data workflows to unify data and enable decision intelligence.
  • AI & Automation Solutions: Architect and deploy intelligent automation solutions leveraging Palantir Foundry, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Data Engineering: Design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines (ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes) ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Programming & Integration: Develop automation scripts and APIs using Python, SQL, and RESTful architectures for seamless platform interoperability.
  • Data Governance: Implement AI governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks ensuring responsible and auditable automation.
  • Cloud & Data Architecture: Deliver secure, scalable ecosystems integrating Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into actionable, high-value solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver end-to-end implementations.
  • Leadership & Enablement: Mentor global delivery teams and conduct user enablement, workshops, and documentation for sustainable adoption.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including ontology design, pipeline management, and data lineage modeling.
  • Proven expertise in AI/ML model lifecycle integration and production deployment.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Background in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or defense.
  • Consulting or hybrid client-facing technical delivery experience.
  • Strong capability in performance and scalability tuning for enterprise systems.
