We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain engaging and insightful dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate data into meaningful visualizations that support data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
  • Connect Tableau with various data sources, including databases, cloud services, and spreadsheets.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and cleansing to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Optimize and tune Tableau workbooks for performance and usability.
  • Maintain and update existing dashboards to reflect changing business needs.
  • Document data flows, calculations, and dashboard functionalities.
  • Train end-users on utilizing dashboards and interpreting data insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau reports and data discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
