A Salesforce QA Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium is responsible for designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the stability of complex Salesforce environments.
 
Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to lead the development of automated test scripts for our Salesforce ecosystem. You will focus on improving test coverage, reducing manual regression efforts, and ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce (Sales/Service/Health Clouds) and external systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
· Framework Development: Design, build, and maintain robust Selenium-based automation frameworks from scratch, typically using Java or Python.
· Test Execution: Automate critical business flows including login, lead conversion, and record creation within the Salesforce Lightning UI.
· Integration & API Testing: Validate complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. 
· CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into DevOps pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jenkins to enable continuous quality gates. 
· Defect Management: Perform root-cause analysis on failures, conduct defect triage, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely closures. 
· Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, provide feedback on technical design documents, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
