Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our Sales Operations teams by maintaining clean, accurate, and enriched data across systems and files. This role will play a key part in preparing actionable sales datasets and running automated scripts to support campaign execution, analytics, and strategic initiatives. In addition, the Sales Enablement Specialist will help with implementation, adoption, and ongoing training of new technology, processes, and procedures for our Sales teams to utilize.

Your Impact:

  • Data Cleaning & Maintenance
    • Identify and resolve data quality issues in Excel, CSV, and CRM system exports.
    • Standardize naming conventions, remove duplicates, and validate addresses and contact information.
    • Maintain consistency and accuracy across sales databases.
  • File Enrichment & Formatting
    • Format, restructure, and enhance spreadsheets for upload into systems.
    • Enrich datasets using internal tools, third-party data sources, or predefined enrichment logic.
  • Code Execution
    • Run scripts or tools (such as Python scripts) to automate data preparation and quality checks.
    • Assist with troubleshooting file issues, formatting errors, or code-related problems.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure data deliverables are timely, accurate, and actionable.
    • Monitor recurring operational tasks and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Technology Rollout & Maintenance
    • Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales reps on tools, processes, messaging, and best practices.
    • Assist with launch readiness for new products, campaigns, or strategic initiatives by preparing the sales team with the right materials and guidance.
    • Manage the Sales Enablement case queue for technology requests and issues.
    • Track and report on enablement effectiveness, including training completion, tool adoption, content usage, and rep readiness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure reps have the right content, tools, and information at each stage of the sales cycle.
    • Gather feedback from reps and managers to continuously improve training, content, and enablement programs.
    • Develop and maintain sales enablement content such as playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, email templates, and onboarding materials.
    • Manage and organize enablement resources, so materials are easy to find, current, and aligned to company priorities.

About You:

  • Experience working with sales or operations data (Sales Ops, Rev Ops, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning techniques)
  • Ability to build and navigate relationships with cross-functional leaders and teams
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in handling data
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Preferred Skills
    • Experience with CRM, GTM, and Enablement platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Revenue.io, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.)
    • Ability to juggle the requests of different leaders across multiple business units
    • Basic understanding of Python
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
