Job description

Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will embed with cross-functional business teams across supply chain, trade, manufacturing, and finance to identify high-value use cases and deliver solutions inside Palantir Foundry. You will operate across domains, contributing to the enterprise's most important business challenges by translating business needs into scalable data solutions. You will partner closely with stakeholders to design, build, and deploy data products that enable better decision-making.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Work directly alongside business stakeholders to surface problems, define requirements, and design solutions without relying on a formal intake process
  • Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and transformations in Palantir Foundry using Python and PySpark
  • Design and maintain Ontology Objects, Links, Actions, and Interfaces that reflect real business entities and relationships
  • Build Workshop applications, operational data products, and workflows that drive business decisions
  • Implement automated data validation, monitoring, and lineage to ensure data quality and trust
  • Partner with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to increase overall team effectiveness and output
  • Translate between business and technical stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver clear solutions
  • Apply systems thinking to data architecture, ensuring scalability and alignment with downstream use

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and pipeline development
  • Hands-on experience with PySpark in a production environment
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry, including ontology design, workflows, or Workshop applications, or a track record of learning complex platforms quickly
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts and how upstream decisions impact downstream consumers
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with cross-functional business teams to define problems and deliver solutions
  • Knowledge of complex industries such as consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, retail, or similar environments

Compensation

Pay Range:$94,300-$138,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
