The platform encompasses all data acquisition, data pipeline, and allAPI's.You'llbe joining a small team working on expanding a new reporting and analytics product todrastically simplify thepaymentsecosystem for ecommerce merchants.

Whatyou'llownas theSenior Python Engineer

  • Designing, programming,debuggingandmodifyingsoftware enhancements.

  • Interactingwith product managers and users to define requirements and modifications.

  • Participating in software design meetings todeterminetechnical requirements.

  • Working with internal Client Training, ClientRelationshipand Sales teams.

Whatyou'llbring

  • ABachelor's in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or equivalent experienceplus5+ years of experience

  • Experience with end-to-end systemdevelopmentlife cycles and standards.

  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (we use Python 3)

  • Experience with at least one database,SQLorNoSQL

  • Experience writing both functional and unit tests, experience with mocking a big plus

  • Experience writing scalable backend services that run in a production setting

  • Experience reviewing and critiquing code of others

  • Proficiencyin a Unix environment (we run on Ubuntu in AWS)
