Long Term Contract on W2

Python + Sql + Hive + Pyspark + Hadoop (Exposure) rest all Development and coding experience. No Data Engineer profiles

Key Skills & Technical Focus

  • Strong SQL skills are the top priority.
  • Focus is on advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities.
  • Onsite SQL rounds are challenging.
  • During phone screens, candidates are asked to walk through how they would solve problems.
  • Strong Python experience is also critical.
  • Python is used extensively across their frameworks.
  • Kafka is part of the environment/tooling.
  • Hadoop knowledge is important because their framework/environment is Hadoop-based.
  • Candidates with only SQL/Python experience but no Hadoop or big data exposure may struggle to adapt.
  • Candidates should understand how to work within and improve a Hadoop environment.
  • Hive and PySpark experience are must-haves.
  • Candidates should have hands-on experience in Hadoop ecosystem environments.
